Philip Strömbäck's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Starting in 2006, they worked as a Web Developer at 4 Principles of Marketing Sweden AB until 2008.

From 2009 to 2012, they worked at House of Ports group as a Web Developer, where they built custom solutions and maintained Linux-based servers. Philip was later promoted to the role of System Administrator, responsible for maintaining internal and external environments, including virtualization, migration, web, databases, and DNS management.

In 2012, they joined Prek AB as a Linux System Administrator, where they managed and developed Linux systems, collaborated closely with the development team to set up and configure environments, subversions, and scripts, and also had additional responsibilities as an IT Manager, improving infrastructure and establishing better routines.

Philip then moved to Nordnet Bank AB in 2014 as a System Engineer, where they were responsible for infrastructure management and automation. Philip built a system for developers to order infrastructure for automatic deployment and created custom Python modules to control different vendors.

In 2018, they joined TUI as a DevOps Engineer, contributing to the development and operations of the company's systems until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Nordnet Bank AB again, this time as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, focusing on cloud infrastructure-related tasks.

In 2021, they joined PriceRunner as a DevOps Engineer and played a role in the implementation of DevOps practices and processes until 2022.

Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Manager at Klarna, which they started in 2022.

Philip Strömbäck has studied Public Relations at Falmouth University, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from the University of Gothenburg, and pursued studies in Media and Communication / Informatic at Karlstad University.
