Ian Pilgrim

Ian Pilgrim is a dedicated patent agent at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP since December 2021, specializing in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technologies such as medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial tools. Prior to this role, Ian worked for DASCENZO GATES Intellectual Property Law, P.C. from December 2014 to December 2021. Ian's earlier experiences include a technical consultant role at the University of Oregon and multiple research positions where Ian investigated semiconductor nanostructures, developed active-learning curricula, and provided analysis of fractal characteristics in artwork. Ian holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oregon and a BA in Physics/Mathematics from Whitman College.
