Brittani Oliver

Brittani Oliver has extensive work experience in client success, executive research, and operations management. Brittani worked at KLAS Research from 2018, first as an Executive Researcher where they communicated with healthcare provider executives to identify strengths and weaknesses in software programs, and then as Director of Client Success, taking on the responsibility of improving software programs for providers. In 2019, they joined KLAS as a Client Success Manager. Before their time at KLAS, Brittani worked at Community Council from 2013, where they were responsible for school fundraising, decision-making on fund allocation, and grant utilization. Brittani also has experience as the Director of Operations at RC Oliver Inc. from 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Regional Manager at Who Moved My Cheese LLC from 2002 to 2004, where they were involved in sales growth, training, and maintaining client relationships. In 2001, they were a Business Developer at FRANKLIN COVEY CO, responsible for sales and client relationships in the Chicago area.

Brittani Oliver pursued their education with a focus on both business management and psychology. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they obtained an associate's degree in Child and Family Science. Following this, they attended Utah Valley University from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Psychology.
