Doug van Wagenen

Doug Van Wagenen has a diverse work experience. Doug started their career at Discover Financial Services, where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2006 to 2013. In this role, they focused on identifying fraudulent activities and suggesting improvements to enhance security measures.

In 2013, Doug joined KLAS Research as an Analyst/Project Manager and later served as the Director of Creative Analytics and Engineering from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they played a key role in developing and implementing new processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and content creation.

From 2019 to 2021, Doug served as the Director of Information Technology at KLAS Research, where they had responsibilities related to database management, Salesforce, full stack development, and business intelligence.

Currently, Doug holds the position of VP of Revenue Operations at KLAS Research. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing strategy and operations for external reports and consulting engagements. Doug is also leading the implementation of Jira to improve capacity management within the company.

Doug Van Wagenen pursued their education at Westminster University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university from 2004 to 2005.
