Jennifer H. has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career in 2006 at Revere Health as a Sleep Technologist, where they played a vital role in the initial accreditation of the Provo lab. Jennifer later became the Assistant Director of the Sleep Center, introducing and training technicians on new software and implementing process improvements. In 2016, Jennifer became the Sleep Center Director, responsible for accreditation, expanding the Provo Sleep Center, and leading a team of 12 employees.

Jennifer also has experience in education, working as an Assistant Coach at Maple Mountain High School and American Fork High School, as well as Spanish Fork City. In 2018, they joined KLAS Research as an Insights Director and later became the Senior Insights Director-Digital House Lead.

Additionally, Jennifer was self-employed as a Math Tutor since 2002. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in sleep medicine, leadership, process improvement, and coaching in both the healthcare and education sectors.
