Robert Kemmis has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Robert began their career in 1990 as a Stores Manager at Computer Media Products before joining Siemens Nixdorf as a Logistics Team Leader in 1996. At Siemens Nixdorf, they handled spare part management and various logistics functions. In 2000, they became a Purchaser at Siemens Business Services PRS and later moved to Fujitsu Siemens Computers ITPS as a Purchaser/Planner in 2006. In 2009, they joined Fujitsu (Ireland) as a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, where they managed the logistics team and oversaw the procurement and supply chain processes. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Supply and Merchandising Manager at Carphone Warehouse Ireland before taking a career break. Robert then joined Klas in 2015 as a Materials Manager. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in demand planning, vendor management, stock management, and implementing efficient supply chain processes.
Robert Kemmis completed their education in a chronological order. In 1984, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from Mount Temple. Robert then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Law from Technological University Dublin, which they completed in 2005. In 2005-2006, they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Technological University Dublin, specifically in Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, they attended University College Dublin and achieved a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management.
