Klasi is an Icelandic real estate development company with a 20 year history of successful projects in zoning, planning and construction of commercial and residential real estate. Klasi owns a number of lots in the Capital region of Iceland currently under redevelopment. One of our recent projects was planning and constructing the Smárinn district in Kópavogur, with over 650 residential apartments and numerous commercial spaces.
