Michael Hussar

Michael Hussar has worked in various roles in talent acquisition and business development. Michael started their career as a Marketing Intern at Deloitte in 2011. Michael then worked as a Business Development Manager at McLean & Company from May 2012 to September 2013. After that, they worked as a Commercial Director at McLean & Company from September 2013 to November 2014.

From November 2014 to March 2019, Michael worked at Randstad Canada as a Recruitment Advisor, where they handled both clients and candidates for IT staffing positions. Michael then joined Exchange Solutions in March 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing talent acquisition for the company until July 2020.

Michael then worked at Top Hat from August 2020 to April 2023, first as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Top Hat is an interactive teaching platform used by millions of students in North American colleges and universities.

Currently, Michael is working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Klass Capital, a company that provides growth capital to enterprise software businesses.

Michael Hussar attended Western University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources.
