An MS from BITS Pilani, Lakshmanan brings to the table more than 20+ years of experience in Technical Management, Product Engineering, and Delivery Management in the Automotive Industry. He heads the Engineering Practice Division of Klaus IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. With his immense knowledge and expertise in the industry, handling of large teams in People Management, Technical Development, and Project Management, is his forte. Before joining Klaus, he worked with Altran, Sasken Communications, Deccanet Designs, and DSQ Software. He is also a PMP certified professional from PMI.
