Anna Gorlach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Klaveness Digital, Anna has honed expertise in driving projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and training. Prior roles include Project Manager at Cognite AS, where Anna managed Phase 1 projects and contributed to sustainability initiatives, and Head of Customer Operations at Maxifier, overseeing customer meetings and onboarding projects. With a solid foundation in technical implementation and business analysis, Anna has also held positions in governmental institutions and academia, showcasing a diverse skill set in management, education, and international cooperation. Anna holds dual Specialist degrees in English Language Interpretation and Translation, and Mathematical Methods in Economics from Samara State Aerospace University.
