Juan Valdivia

Juan Valdivia has a diverse range of work experience in production and operations roles. Juan began their career as a Trainee at Vulcano Portugal in 2004. Juan then worked as a Production Engineer at Infineon Technologies from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Production Engineer at Qimonda, where they focused on production management and process optimization. Valdivia took a career break from 2009 to 2011. Since then, they have been with Klaveness Footwear, where they have held various roles including Production and Planning Manager and Head of Production. In these positions, they have been responsible for internal and outsourcing production management, establishing business relations with vendors, and defining delivery and quality requirements. Valdivia has also designed and implemented planning and controlling departments, developed tools for KPI analysis, and controlled production plans.

Juan Valdivia attended Universidade de Aveiro from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
