Courtney McAlister

Courtney McAlister currently serves as an Onboarding Specialist and previously held the position of Account Executive at Klaviyo since April 2022. Prior to this, Courtney worked at Submittable from August 2019 to March 2022, achieving recognition as a Top Performer and receiving the Operational Excellence Award in 2021. Courtney's accomplishments include leading a Sales Development Representative team with performance at 136% to quota in Q1-3, and 128% to quota in Q4. Earlier experience includes roles as a Social Media Manager at Sanctuary Yoga, Barre & Dance and a Marketing Intern at DVA Advertising & PR, alongside leadership positions at Kappa Kappa Gamma and experience as an Adventure Facilitator at the Outdoor Recreation Center at Washington State University. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Washington State University.
