Joe Skoniecki

Joe Skoniecki is a Senior Motion Designer at Klaviyo, specializing in Rive Animation and Adobe Creative Suite since June 2025. Previously, Joe served as Associate Art Director at Matter Communications from June 2018 to December 2024, leading motion graphics projects that adhered to brand guidelines. Joe's background includes roles as Senior Motion Graphics Designer / Animator and Motion Graphics Designer / Animator, where oversight of project teams and contributions to various video projects were key responsibilities. Earlier experience comprises a position as Digital Artist at Rescue 1 Studios and a Web Manager role at Northeastern University.
