Jordyn Buettner is an experienced professional currently serving as Lead, Developer Support at Klaviyo since March 2021, where expertise includes solving complex customer challenges related to API usage, integrations, catalog setup, and template coding, as well as leading the Developer Escalation Pod. Prior roles at Klaviyo include Senior Product Expert focusing on developer escalations and Product Expert, achieving top customer satisfaction in Q3 2021. Before Klaviyo, Jordyn worked as Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at WorldPantry.com, planning promotional strategies for over 20 eCommerce accounts, and leading an email marketing team. Additional experience includes digital marketing and production roles at USC Athletics and Fox Broadcasting Company, as well as leadership positions in various educational camps. Jordyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California, completed in 2018.
