Kelsey Hostnik

Kelsey Hostnik is a seasoned marketing analytics data engineer with extensive experience in data analysis and monetization strategy. Currently employed at Klaviyo since November 2020, Kelsey previously held roles at Minerva Analytics as Manager of Monetization Strategy and Senior Analyst, and at Cogo Labs as a Senior Analyst and Quantitative Data Analyst. Kelsey's early career includes a position as a Global Ambassador for The Education Abroad Network, where communication with prospective students about study abroad experiences was central. Additionally, Kelsey gained valuable experience as a Database Marketing Intern at Mohegan Sun, where SQL skills were utilized to create a comprehensive data dictionary. Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a double concentration in Marketing and Analytics from Bryant University, maintaining a major GPA of 3.6, and also spent time studying at Griffith University.
