Kyle Cabral (he/him)

Kyle Cabral is a Senior Recruiter for Klaviyo's Marketing & Design teams. Prior to joining Klaviyo, Kyle was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thrasio from May to September 2020, where they assisted in building out highly detailed candidate interview scorecards and managed the full lifecycle recruitment process for Creative and Marketing roles.

Kyle is passionate about creating a fair and inclusive hiring process, and has created collateral/toolkits for new and tenured hiring managers to use in effective interviewing, including behavioral interview questions, diversity recruiting techniques, and guidance on offer negotiation. Kyle has placed 16 candidates in total.

Kyle Cabral is a recent graduate of Bridgewater State University, where they studied history and anthropology. Kyle is currently enrolled in Cornell University's Leadership Essentials program and has also completed courses in diversity and inclusion and how to lead an effective employee resource group. Kyle is also certified by Klaviyo in their Klaviyo Product Certified program and by ModelExpand in their Inclusive Hiring Workshop.
