Leah Byman

Leah Byman (Belogolovsky) currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Klaviyo, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Leah accumulated extensive experience at Wayfair from August 2017 to June 2025, progressing through various roles including Talent Business Partner for Technology, Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting, Manager of Technical Recruiting, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. Leah's career began at Overture Partners, where a role as a Technical Recruiter was undertaken from August 2015 to August 2017. Leah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire between 2011 and 2015.
