Nicole Birbas

Nicole Birbas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership across various technology and telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of APAC Customer Success at Klaviyo since October 2023, Birbas previously held the position of Head of Customer Success APAC at Miro from November 2021 to October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Success ANZ at Oracle, where responsibilities encompassed A/NZ customer success for CX, ERP, and HCM applications, and Director of Customer Experience & Devices at PwC, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. Additionally, Birbas has over eight years at Telstra in various general manager roles, leading workplace strategy, collaboration, and business CRM functions. Early career experience includes positions at AAPT, IBM, and Telstra BigPond. Birbas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from UNSW.
