Sarabeth Ritch is currently a Senior Implementation Consultant at Klaviyo, where Sarabeth effectively onboard new Midmarket and Enterprise customers. Prior to Klaviyo, Sarabeth worked as a Solutions Principal at NetSuite, where Sarabeth collaborated with various teams to validate requirements and manage Professional Services opportunities. Before that, Sarabeth was a Strategist at Tinuiti, focusing on email Marketing programs for Enterprise clients. Sarabeth also gained experience in account management at Bronto Software and as a Customer Experience Solutions Advisor at Oracle, where Sarabeth managed a sales territory and provided enterprise solutions. Sarabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
