Theresa Kettelberger

Theresa Kettelberger is a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing at Klaviyo since November 2024. Previously, Theresa held various roles at 3Play Media from June 2019 to November 2024, including Senior Data Scientist and Research and Development Engineer II. Earlier experience includes positions as a Software Engineering Contractor and Intern at Physio-Control, now part of Stryker, from May 2018 to May 2019, and roles as a Workshop Leader and Research Assistant at the University of Rochester from September 2016 to December 2018. Additionally, a Linguistics Intern at Temple University during the summer of 2017 involved work in the Memory, Concepts, and Cognition Laboratory. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Computer Science from the University of Rochester in 2019 and pursued further education at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
