Vanessa Elton-Smith

Vanessa Elton-Smith is an experienced Partner Marketing Manager currently overseeing EMEA operations at Klaviyo since June 2023. Prior to this, Vanessa held similar positions at Avalara from June 2019 to May 2023 and served in various marketing roles, including Marketing & Events Executive at Homewise Ltd and Marketing Executive at Imagine Cruising SA. Vanessa's experience also includes a Senior Marketing Executive role at Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care and positions at SISU Vitamins and Inclusion BC, where Vanessa contributed to advocacy for people with developmental disabilities. Vanessa began her career with contract roles in marketing and conference organization at Karrikins Group and Procter & Gamble, and managed office operations at Quantum Technology Corp. Vanessa holds a BA Hons in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire and has academic history at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
