Yarimee Gutierrez has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at Klaviyo since June 2016. Prior to this role, Yarimee also held positions at Klaviyo as a Customer Success Manager for Mid Market and Enterprise sectors, along with experience as a Senior Account Manager. As a co-founder and Managing Partner at SAIA, a brand strategy and communications agency, Yarimee played a vital role in managing client engagement and fostering strong relationships. Previous positions include a Business Coach at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where Yarimee implemented innovative coaching techniques, and involvement in organizational development projects at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation.
