Alexis Jordan

Alexis Jordan currently serves as CISO and RSSI at Klaxoon since September 2017, specializing in cybersecurity with responsibilities in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) projects, notably achieving and maintaining SOC2 compliance. In this role, Alexis also acts as the information security officer and pre-sales technical expert, securing client engagements and contributing to winning RFPs and negotiations. Prior to Klaxoon, Alexis held various project management and consulting roles at Wipro Technologies, Effitic, Accenture, and The LiTMUS Group, focusing on data analytics, business intelligence, and technical management across multiple industries including finance and telecommunications. Alexis holds a Master’s Degree in IT and Management from EFREI and has additionally studied at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
