Neo Y. has several years of experience in the field of blockchain technologies. Neo is currently working as the Head of Technology at the Klaytn Foundation, where they oversee the technical aspects of the organization. Additionally, they serve as a Technical Advisor at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies (CBT) and the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where they contribute their expertise to research projects in the field. Neo Y. also holds the position of Technical Advisor at the EC-Council, where they provide guidance on blockchain technology. Previously, they worked at De Beers Group, Tracr, and BCG Digital Ventures in various roles related to blockchain and digital assets. Neo Y. is well-versed in both technical and leadership roles in the blockchain industry.

Neo Y. has a diverse education background. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Engineering - Distributed Intelligent Systems from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from The University of Hong Kong. Neo Y. also participated in a BEng Exchange Program at The Johns Hopkins University.
