Andrew Kingsnorth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew began their career at Scan Image Services as an Assistant PM. Andrew then moved on to Stevens & Brotherton Ltd, where they worked as a Systems Support specialist. At Marks & Clerk, they served as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, responsible for managing various server systems. After that, Andrew joined Kroll Ontrack as a Senior Systems Administrator, overseeing service desk tickets, server infrastructure, and technical support. Eventually, they joined KLDiscovery, where they held various positions including IT Operations Manager, IT Director, and Senior Director - Global IT Operations. Throughout their career, Andrew has gained expertise in IT operations and infrastructure management.

Andrew Kingsnorth attended the College of North East London from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a BTEC Advanced GNVQ in Information Technology.
