Justin Blessing

Justin Blessing's work experience includes roles as Director of Engineering at KLDiscovery since 2019. Justin founded and currently runs Compiled, an eDiscovery software company, since 2008. Justin worked as a VP of Operations at SDS Discovery from 2014 to 2018, where they rebuilt the eDiscovery department. Justin worked as an eDiscovery consultant for law firms and service providers from 2011 to 2014. Justin also worked as a Litigation Support Analyst at McGuireWoods from 2010 to 2011 and as a Technology Operations Manager at Superior Document Services from 2008 to 2010. Justin started their career as a Lead Developer and Partner at Velegant Media, LLC from 2000 to 2006.

Justin Blessing attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Application Development in Information Systems. In 2015, they obtained additional certifications as a Relativity Certified Administrator and a Relativity Review Specialist from kCura.
