Lisa Wilson

Lisa Wilson has extensive experience in treasury and finance roles. Lisa currently holds the position of VP, Treasurer at KLDiscovery, where they are responsible for all aspects of treasury, including liquidity forecasting, cash and debt management, capital structure initiatives, risk management, and banking relationships. Prior to that, they served as Treasurer at Crystal Cruises, leading the company's treasury department and managing corporate debt facilities, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity. Lisa also worked as the VP of Operations Finance at Norwegian Cruise Line, where they managed a $540 million crew payroll budget and implemented integration strategies. Lisa has held leadership positions at Prestige Cruise Holdings, Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and BankUnited, where they gained extensive experience in treasury management, liquidity analysis, and SEC reporting. Lisa has a strong track record of improving processes, managing financial relationships, and optimizing capital structure.

Lisa Wilson has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Lisa also holds an associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami Dade College.
