Richard Jay Lista has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Richard Jay began their career in 2009 as the Managing Director of Alistbnc, where they worked until 2017. In 2009, they also took on the role of Director - Treasurer at GOLD Inc. In 2013, Richard became the CEO of Apotheca Integrative Pharmacy Manila, and in 2014, they also became the Managing Director of Sales within the same company. In 2019, they assumed the position of Director of Sales Marketing at Klean Athlete™ Nutritional Supplements and became the President at Spectrum Innovations Incorporated. Richard's work experience showcases their expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership.

Richard Jay Lista completed their Bachelor in Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Quezon City Medical Center and Colleges from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they also pursued a B.S. Psychology degree with a specialization in Health and Wellness, General from World CITI Medical Colleges during the same period.
