Anand Shirur

Anand is leading the product development function. He has architectured AI & ML based predictive analytic suite of products including Severity Prediction, Reserve Prediction, Claimant and Provider Fraud Prediction, Litigation Prediction, and Subrogation Prediction. He has leveraged his deep experience of claims adjudication and audit process to design KlearAudit - an AI-based Audit Management System'.

He leads a team of 120+ talented professionals to build, deploy and support AI-based insurance applications.

During his earlier stint with India's largest private sector bank, he handled the strategy function - spearheading technology-centric initiatives of the bank, helping formulate medium to long term strategies. He also led the business intelligence team of 25+ analysts, worked with 6 business heads across Loans, Collections and Fraud Control, supporting each line of business with analytics-based decision making, positively impacting the bottom line (Credit Quality and Portfolio Management) and top line (Customer segmentation and Life Cycle Management).

Anand is also the core member of Regional Advisory Group for RIMS - India Chapter.
