Patricia Rangel-Vela has had extensive work experience in the banking industry. Patricia started their career at APAC Customer Services in 1997, where they worked as an Operations Manager until 2004. Patricia then joined Bank of America as a Call Center Supervisor and held that position until 2009. In the same year, Patricia started working at Kleberg Bank, where they held roles such as Director of Operations and Phone Center Manager.
