Patrick Neilan, PMP

Patrick Neilan, PMP has over 14 years of work experience in project management and proposal management roles. Patrick started their career at ALSTOM - APComPower Inc as a Field Engineer in 2006 and later became a Construction Superintendent, where they interpreted contract specifications and drawings, developed estimates and proposals for maintenance projects, and created schedules for proposals and project tracking/management. In 2011, they joined APComPower Inc as a Proposal Manager and was responsible for managing the proposal process. In 2015, they moved to GE Power and held positions as a Lead Commercial Proposals Manager, overseeing the tendering team and managing the RFQ process, and as a Product Manager. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Kleeberg Sheet Metal & Kleeberg Mechanical Services.

Patrick Neilan, PMP obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Drexel University. Patrick pursued their education at Drexel University from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Waterford High School, although the specific dates and degree obtained from there are not available.
