Isaak Kofidis

Isaak Kofidis has extensive experience in business analysis and supply chain management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Group Plants Business and Costing Analysis Expert at KLEEMANN since October 2012. In this role, Isaak focuses on business analysis of manufacturing operations, costing analysis to enhance profitability, and consulting on digital transformation projects. Previously, as the Group Business Analyst Supply Chain Team Leader, responsibilities included implementing a new ERP system, managing ERP user training, and overseeing business process management. Isaak also has a background as an Industrial Engineer, managing product components and contributing to system programming and costing analysis. Isaak holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace and additional qualifications in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Communication.
