Petros Bellis

Petros Bellis is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at KLEEMANN since April 2022, specializing in organizational design, HR strategy implementation, and performance appraisal system development. Previously, Petros was the Head of Performance Appraisal & Training at EDA THESSALONIKI-THESSALIA S.A., focusing on organizational structure and training plan development. Earlier roles at KLEEMANN included Group Talent Management Specialist and Performance and Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed performance appraisal implementation and training program design. Petros also served as Special Advisor to the Mayor of Paeonia, managing EU co-financed projects and consulting services.
