Hugo Rios is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Account Manager at KleenMark since February 2021, Rios has also held the role of Account Manager. As CEO/Owner of Rios Entertainment since March 2016, Rios demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. Previous experience includes positions as Executive Housekeeper at Country Inns & Suites By Carlson and Timber Ridge Lodge, as well as Resort Executive Housekeeper at Xanterra Parks & Resorts, overseeing laundry operations for high-profile hotels in Death Valley, California. Additionally, Rios owned and managed Metropolis Lounge in the Virgin Islands and held various roles within the Rooms Division at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from December 2003 to December 2010.
