Dave Monahan

Dave Monahan has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dave is currently the CEO of Kleer, LLC, a cloud-based platform that simplifies dental care subscription plans. Prior to this, Dave was the CEO of FitLinxx, where they established the company as a leader in wearables. FitLinxx was later acquired by LumiraDX and went public. Dave also held various positions at Microsoft, including General Manager for the Greater PA Area and the MidAtlantic Area. During their time at Microsoft, they received several awards for their exceptional leadership and revenue growth. Earlier in their career, Dave worked at Philips International Inc, SkyTel Inc, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they held managerial roles in finance, planning, analysis, and marketing.

Dave Monahan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they pursued their education from 1986 to 1990. Building on their engineering background, Dave then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Loyola University Maryland from 1991 to 1993.
