Kyle W. Fox

Kyle concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of various property types, including shopping center/retail, multifamily, office, hotel and industrial. He works with private equity firms, developers, retailers and other national and local businesses.

Before joining the firm, Kyle was counsel for a Philadelphia based private equity firm and its portfolio companies, advising on general corporate and commercial matters and assisting in the documentation and closing of various acquisition, sale, financing and co-investment transactions.

Kyle has also volunteered for the Homeless Advocacy Project in Philadelphia, helping underserved individuals obtain birth certificates.
