Nadine Yackle

Nadine is a paralegal in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group. She has more than 25 years of experience handling Pennsylvania and New Jersey bankruptcy and collection matters. Often using systems such as eCourts, PACER, and LPS client software, Nadine has extensive experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure practice from referral through attendance at sheriff’s sales, preparing forbearance agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, handling collection matters through judgment and post-judgment execution proceedings, as well as eviction matters. Nadine frequently prepares and files UCC statements, proofs of claim and motions for relief from stay. She regularly drafts objections to Chapter 13 plans and confirmations. She also has experience in trademark registrations and maintenance filings.
