Patrick J. Murphy

Patrick J. Murphy is a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg. Prior to joining Klehr Harrison, they served as legal counsel for Gamesa Technology Corporation, Inc. from November 2010 to March 2012. In their role at Gamesa, Mr. Murphy was responsible for the legal affairs of the company's U.S. operations, including purchasing, services, technology, finance, and litigation.

Mr. Murphy has extensive experience drafting, editing, and negotiating contracts in a variety of areas, including operations, logistics, technology, purchasing, sales, services, construction, and IT. Patrick has also served as a legal liaison to the company's technology and environmental groups, overseeing intellectual property rights and compliance with environmental regulations respectively. In addition to their work with Gamesa, Mr. Murphy has also handled corporate affairs for other companies and assisted with dispute resolution in cases involving patent infringement, personal injury, contract disputes, breach of contract claims, warranty claims, and design defect claims.

A skilled negotiator and strategist, Mr. Murphy has coordinated with legal and business teams in Spain and other countries on global legal and business strategy. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Patrick J. Murphy is a graduate of Malvern Preparatory School. Patrick received their B.A. in Political Science and Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Notre Dame. Patrick earned their J.D., cum laude, from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
