Roseanne Uhl

Roseanne is a paralegal in the firm’s zoning and land use practice. She assists attorneys in obtaining approvals and business licenses from city agencies for new residential/commercial construction projects, submitting documents for real estate tax abatements and acquiring zoning/building/use/signage permits for various clients. She regularly works with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections and reviews zoning plans with many city agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Roseanne worked as a travel agent for American Express Travel Division and was able to travel to many exotic destinations. She also enjoyed a career as an event coordinator with the Philadelphia Flyers Organization.
