Michael A. Marrs

Michael A. Marrs is a Partner at Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd., since November 2001, focusing on general representation of Illinois municipalities and local government entities. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Law Clerk and Research Staff Attorney for the Illinois Appellate Court's First District from July 1997 to November 2001.
