Mike Kair

Mike Kair is an experienced distribution manager with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Distribution at Klein Tools since May 1999, Mike oversees various departments, including Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory, and Warranty Returns, focusing on resource allocation and process improvement. Previously, Mike held roles as Picking Supervisor and Shipping Supervisor at Klein Tools, where responsibilities included supervising pick/pack areas and managing outbound shipping logistics. Prior to this, Mike served as Plant Manager at Citiwide Cleaners and as Plant Supervisor at Parker Hannifin, gaining extensive experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and personnel management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Iowa.
