Andy Tjin

Andy Tjin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at eBay Kleinanzeigen since 2022.

Before joining eBay Kleinanzeigen, Andy worked at HERE from 2015 to 2022 as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing innovative location-based services and products. Andy also served as a Program Manager and occasionally as a Product Owner for smaller projects. Andy'sresponsibilities included managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, such as market research, business analysis, business plan development, P&L ownership, product launch, competitive research, and product marketing.

Prior to HERE, Andy worked at Nokia from 2007 to 2015, holding various positions. Andy first served as a Senior Product Manager in the CTO Office from 2014 to 2015. Andy then became the Head of Mobile HTML5 from 2011 to 2014, leading cross-functional teams in developing JavaScript Libraries. Additionally, they served as the Head/Product Owner of Ovi.js in 2010 and Manager of SoLo FW Shop, Collections & Common Core from 2008 to 2009. Andy started their career at Nokia as a Web Software Engineer from 2007 to 2008.

Before their tenure at Nokia, Andy was the Owner of CyberFruitz from 2006 to 2009, where they likely gained entrepreneurial experience. Andy also worked at Netdesign.nl as the Managing Director from 2000 to 2006. In this role, they played a crucial part in building the web development segment of the Vormplan Group, focusing mainly on print. The company grew to employ 20 individuals and served notable clients like AEGON, Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten, Wella, Procter & Gamble, GGD Amsterdam, and Global Knowledge.

Andy Tjin attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology.
