Bill Rinker

Bill Rinker, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and program leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager - Energy at Kleinfelder since June 2017, Rinker has contributed to the company's solutions-oriented approach to federal, energy, transportation, and commercial markets. Previously, Rinker held the position of Manager of Construction Services at DiGioia Gray, Inc., after a notable tenure at Kleinfelder from 2003 to 2016, where Rinker advanced from Geotechnical Project Manager to roles including Regional Manager and Construction Manager for Eastern Oil & Gas Operations. Earlier career experiences include positions at MWH (now part of Stantec), Schnabel Foundation Company, and Geo-Con, Inc., focusing on geotechnical engineering and construction services.
