Cathy Westcot, PMP, is a seasoned Project Controls Manager based in Southern California, with a robust background in the Water, Engineering, Environmental, Transportation, and Construction industries. They have held leadership roles at AECOM, where they served as Vice President and Project Controls Director, managing significant projects like the $2.2 billion Transbay Transit Center. Currently, Cathy works as the SoCal Project Controls Manager at Kleinfelder and continues to leverage their expertise in cost and schedule management. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Sacramento and are a certified Project Manager through PMI.
