Erik Soderquist

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Erik oversees all financial activities of the company. Erik has a varied business background which includes small company ownership, financial audit and advisory services, and years of executive level finance and operational experience. With his background, Erik has excelled at being able to relate to both operational and financial needs of complex organizations. He has been involved in successful turnarounds and high growth environments. Erik comes to Kleinfelder from Tepa, LLC where he led the return to profitability of the Company as Chief Financial Officer and was eventually promoted to Chief Executive Officer with the primary objective being to prepare Tepa for the next phase of its evolution. Prior to Tepa, Erik served in multiple senior finance related roles at URS Corporation and AECOM.
