Jim Devey

Jim Devey, PE, CWI, PCI III, QSD, is currently serving as the Vice President Senior Program Manager at Kleinfelder, supporting construction, materials, and testing operations in Southern California. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, Jim has previously held roles such as Senior Construction Manager at AECOM and Associate Vice President at Prescience Engineers. Jim also worked as Principal Construction Advisor at Accurate Testing & Inspection LLC, where they provided expertise in quality control and assurance programs within the power industry and developed innovative technologies for project management. Their extensive experience includes roles with Caltrop Corporation, Atlas, and TRC Companies, Inc., where Jim contributed to significant projects across the Western U.S.
