Joel Mintzer possesses extensive experience in environmental science and management. Currently serving as a Remedial Project Manager at the US Environmental Protection Agency since October 2023, Joel previously held the position of Geoscientist at Kleinfelder from June 2019. Prior to that, an Environmental Scientist role was undertaken at React Environmental Professional Services Group, Inc. from June 2018 to June 2019. Joel's career commenced at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities as Building Administrator were fulfilled from September 2011 to June 2018. Academically, Joel holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Pennsylvania (2012-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Arcadia University.
