Kyle Faust

Kyle Faust is the current Civil Team Leader at Kleinfelder. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager - Civil Engineering at American Tower from September 2014 to June 2021. In this role, they led an AE Organization consisting of 30 team members that included Supervisors, Civil Engineers and Designers that completed over 12,000 construction drawings and reports yearly. Kyle also created and maintained a positive culture through leadership, guidance and feedback to the organization. Additionally, they managed and provided technical leadership for civil engineering projects and customer installs. Kyle defined and communicated annual goals, performed formal and informal performance reviews, and ensured changes and updates were communicated in a timely and professional manner. Kyle also participated in strategic planning and budgeting to align with industry changes and customer demands. Furthermore, they developed efficiencies and time saving methods to reduce cycle times and coached team members on technical and professional performance. Lastly, they assisted in the coordination of deliverables and management of external AE, Civil Engineering and Survey vendors. Throughout their career, Kyle has always been known for their excellent communication skills and their ability to maintain solid relationships with their peers in various departments.
