Matt Monteith

Matt Monteith, PE, BCGE, is an experienced geotechnical engineering professional currently serving as the Geotechnical Discipline Lead and Principal Professional at Kleinfelder since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matt worked as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer at CTL Thompson from March 2021 to April 2023 and held the position of Principal and Geotechnical Department Manager at ECS Limited from September 2018 to March 2021. Earlier roles include Geotechnical Project Manager and Project Engineer at CTL Thompson, along with experience as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer and Intern at Environmental and Geotechnical Specialists, Inc. Matt holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from Florida State University.
