Nancy Walker

Nancy Walker serves as Vice President of Major Accounts at Kleinfelder, providing leadership in operational, strategic, and business development for engineering, environmental, and construction services across Northern California, the California Central Valley, and northern Nevada. In addition to this role, Nancy operates as President and Senior Consultant at Nancy Walker, Consultant, focusing on program and project management, operations management, business development, and strategic planning. Previous experience includes leadership positions at AECOM as Vice President and Water Resources Practice Lead, where Nancy drove growth in the water resource market in the Western US, and at MWH Global, where Nancy led climate change strategies. While managing operations for Brown and Caldwell, Nancy expanded the workforce and diversified service lines, and held roles in project management at URS Corporation.
